RESULTS: proof that VAX-D creates a negative intradiscal pressure force up to -160mmHg.
 
2. Journal of Neurological Research (Vol. 26, April 2004) Efficacy of Vertebral Axial Decompression on Chronic Low Back Pain Dr. Gustav Ramos, Valley Neurological Center, McAllen, Texas
RESULTS: This 744 patient study showed 76% achieved remission of pain. Except in emergent conditions, VAX-D should be used on all patients before surgery is undertaken.
 
3. Canadian Journal of Clinical Medicine (Vol. 5, No.1, January 1998) The Effects of VAX-D on Sensory Nerve Dysfunction in Patients with Low Back Pain and Radiculopathy by Tilaro & Miscovich
RESULTS: The average pain reduction was 77%.
 
4. Journal of Neurological Research (Vol. 20, No.3, April 1998) Vertebral Axial Decompression Therapy for Pain Associated with Herniated or Degenerative Discs or Facet Syndrome: Outcome Study of 778 Cases Gose E., Ph.D, Naguszewski w., MD, Naguszewski R, MD
RESULTS: The authors consider VAX-D to be a primary modality for low back pain for lumbar herniations at single and multiple levels, degenerative discs and facet arthropathy, and decreased spinal mobility.

RESULTS: Four year follow-up after VAX-D treatment shows a sustained 86% reduction in pain and that 91% of patients resumed their normal activities.

RESULTS: Significant reduction in pain and improvement in functional outcome was obtained in patients with chronic low back pain treated with VAX-D.
 
8. Canadian Journal of Clinical Medicine (Vol. 6, No.1, January 1999) An Overview of Vertebral Axial Decompression by Frank Tilaro, MD.
RESULTS: VAX-D is significantly capable of influencing sensory nerve dysfunction associated with a compressive radiculopathy. Complete remission was achieved by 73% of the study group.
